Medical Reference Letters and other important documents of Selected Candidates have been sent through urgent courier service at their postal addresses. |

- Medical Reference letters and other important documents related to your joining in PDTP, Session 2025-26 at CHASCENT and KINPOE have been mailed through urgent courier service to the provisionally selected candidates of PDTP, Candidates are advised to urgently contact the PAEC Hospital/institute (mentioned in their reference letter) for their medical fitness. It should be noted that medical fitness will not make them eligible for joining unless their security clearance is also received. PAEC shall them eligible for joining unless their security clearance is also received. PAEC shall not be responsible for any compensation on account of expenditure incurred by candidates on their medical test.
- Candidates are requested to be attentive for receiving their letters, Letters are sent on their given postal addresses. Inform us if you don’t receive your letter by Thursday November 20, 2025 at 021-99232733 or 03002196520.
- After receiving your letter, you are instructed to read the documents carefully and prepare all documents mentioned in the Sample Call Letter. Sample Character Certificate and Sample Deed are also enclosed.
- Candidates will join the institute on Wednesday 03 December 2025. Candidates, who do not join the institute on this date without prior information, will be considered not interested and their offer letter may be cancelled.
- Candidates on waiting list will be called when joining of the selected candidates is complete. These candidates will receive medical reference letters after they join the institute.
- Bring the following data: Your passport Information (if any), details of foreign visits, dual nationality, previous job information, details of family members (postal address, CNIC Number, job information), details of bank accounts, Insurance policies, property and shares details of self and spouse, Court/judicial record/punishment. Details of affiliation with religious group and parties, use of illegal drugs and alcohols. Details of medical ailments and employment record.
