To Apply Online

Step 1:
Download and follow the instructions for filling online application form.

  • Online Candidates Visit the nearest bank branch of NBP or Askari Bank and pay Rs. 600/- as application processing Fee (nonrefundable).
  • Enter the details of Online Fee deposit and upload Submitted Fee Voucher after re-login to your online application form.

Step 4:

  • Send us the KINPOE copy of Online Deposit Slip along with print of your application form on the address given at the end.
  • Keep one set of document for your record.
  • Keep checking our website for application status.

To Apply Manually (By Post)

Step 1:
Download Application Form & Admit Card (This has three pages, one page is Application Form, second page contains instructions for applying manually and third page is Admit Card.

Step 2:

  • Fill (Hand-written/typed) downloaded Application Form and Admit Card. Candidates who are awaiting result must give marks and percentage of first two years of D.A.E./First year of BSc.
  • Paste Two recent photographs, 2.5x3 cm sized, one on Application Form and other on Admit Card.

Step 3:(Only for manual applicants)

Step 4:

  • Visit the nearest bank branch of NBP or Askari Bank and pay Rs. 800/- as Application processing Fee (non-refundable) in NBP or Askari Bank.

Step 5:
Send us the following documents on the address given at the end:

  • Completely filled application form & Admit Card with photographs pasted on each.
  • One self-addressed envelope with contact Number and postal stamps of Rs 20/- affixed on each envelop.
  • KINPOE copy of Online Fee Deposit Slip/IBT slip.

Important Note:

  1. Do not attach photocopies of your certificates/ marks sheets etc. These are not required at this stage

  2. Keep a photocopy of your application form, Admit Card and Fee Deposit Slip slip with you. It may be required later on.

  3. Keep on visiting our website for your application status.

Application Processing Procedure

Admit Cards will be sent only to the eligible candidates who have applied manually, to appear in the Written Test. Online candidates can print their Admit Cards one weeks before test. If you do not receive Admit Card then check our website for Roll No, Test Venue and time of test. Note down these details and report to the test centre with these details and original CNIC or any other valid Identification. If your name is not on the website and you fulfill the eligibility criteria, then reach the test centre with photo copy of your application form, Bank draft (which you submitted to KINPOE before Application deadline) along with original CNIC. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test or interview

Selection Procedure

Those who qualify the test will be called for interview. Interviews will be held in the selected cities of Pakistan. Admission will be given on merit based on the results of Written Test, Interview, Medical Fitness and Security Clearance.
