The design construction and operation of a power plant and its associated facilities require knowledge of many areas of science and engineering.

To provide a broad based technical knowledge, KINPOE offers the degree of Master of Science in Nuclear Power Engineering to candidates from diverse engineering and scientific backgrounds.

All candidates are offered a fellowship to undertake this course. On completion of the degree, the inducted fellows may be required to work at any project of the organization. The academic program is of two-year duration which is spread over a seven week zero semester and five regular semesters of 14 weeks each. Selected candidates should be ready to undertake serious studies

The MS-NPE Degree Program will be conducted at KINPOE-College, PIEAS (Karachi) and upon successful completion PIEAS MS-NPE Degree will be awarded.
